JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions tailored for financial services.
  • Implement integrations with financial data systems and client management tools.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and API connections to optimize performance.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM features aligned with business goals.
  • Champion best practices in Salesforce development and security.
  • Manage releases and provide ongoing support for the Salesforce environment.

Skills

  • Over four years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on financial services.
  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of data model customization and financial workflows.
  • Understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance in finance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with market data feeds and trading system integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure-based integrations.
  • Background in agile delivery and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce.
