JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to lead and support our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability in prior authorization processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into precise software requirements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation detailing software functionality to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and execute UAT strategies, including test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Lead testing activities, ensuring timely completion and effective defect management.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders regularly.
  • Mentor and guide the UAT team, providing the necessary resources and support.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and requirements analysis.
  • Excellent communication abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Leadership capabilities to motivate and guide a team of testers.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in API documentation and business process documentation.
  • Background in manual QA testing and QA analysis.
  • Familiarity with business requirements documentation (BRD).
