Responsibilities
- Lead the automation of banking file ingestion processes, ensuring seamless integration with Workday.
- Design and implement conversion logic for financial file formats.
- Enhance rule sets for accurate mapping and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration specifications and file formats.
- Develop and monitor Workday reports to ensure integration success and support audit readiness.
- Participate in the configuration and deployment of the Banking and Settlement module.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with support teams as needed.
- Support change management and documentation efforts across various stakeholders.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or information systems.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, particularly in the Banking and Settlement module.
- Proficiency in financial file formats such as MT940, CamT.053, and BAI2.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including accounts payable, general ledger, and cash management.
- Experience with Workday integrations and ETL pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex system-related issues effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Workday Supplier and Customer modules.
- Exposure to Workday Prism and ISO 20022 standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
