Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional Agile team to enhance product functionality and streamline processes.
- Manage product backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and user stories.
- Interpret business requirements to define implementation strategies across the product portfolio.
- Design and document process flows, use cases, and data requirements.
- Engage with engineering teams to support deliverables and confirm acceptance of completed work.
- Oversee the management of features, operations, and defect backlogs.
- Assist in planning and executing product lifecycle and roadmap initiatives.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technology.
- Strong functional knowledge of relevant transaction code sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in product management or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CMS/Medicare billing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
