JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to address product issues and support requests, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business impact.
  • Create and manage digital content, including training materials and tutorial videos, to support product features for customers and sales representatives.
  • Lead and organize training sessions both virtually and onsite for internal teams and partners on new and existing product features.
  • Contribute to the annual updates and preparation of product launch sites, ensuring they are ready for each new cycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in regular development meetings to provide customer insights and assist in planning next steps with leadership.
  • Monitor and manage product-related communications, ensuring inquiries are addressed and enhancement ideas are documented.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide feedback and recommendations to the engineering team.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a solid understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail, driven by a passion for delivering quality results.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with content management systems and experience in creating and managing training materials.
  • Experience with proprietary software, B2B marketing, and the education market.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Classroom, and WordPress.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and supporting the full product lifecycle.
