JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Merchandise Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing merchandise strategies that captivate our customers and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement merchandise assortments that align with global and digital customer needs and departmental strategies.
  • Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure product strategies meet customer demands and enhance market speed.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify business opportunities and risks, communicating insights effectively.
  • Engage in diverse projects and assignments, offering creative problem-solving and logical solutions.

Skills

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving results with a keen financial understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for storytelling and presenting information.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in merchandise planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
