We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that enhance our brand's visual identity and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual designs for various assets related to the loyalty program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update existing materials and create new promotional content.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for member engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in a corporate or retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for loyalty programs or customer engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with web design and digital marketing principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
