JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a SharePoint Administrator to lead a transformative project, enhancing collaboration and efficiency through cutting-edge technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to revamp and streamline digital environments in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough audit of the existing SharePoint environment to identify and eliminate outdated or redundant sites.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess and organize current file structures, preparing data for migration.
  • Oversee the migration of relevant data from file servers to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to promote effective use of SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Champion the adoption of modern collaboration tools, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SharePoint administration with a focus on environment management and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and CoPilot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and train diverse user groups.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and establish governance frameworks for collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic sysadmin and troubleshooting abilities for potential ongoing support roles.
  • Experience in leading end-user training sessions, adapting to various group sizes and learning styles.
