Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.
• Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop detailed product and internet systems requirements.
• Manage all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing.
• Serve as the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
• Identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current clients.
• Oversee business to system knowledge management and assist in overall system design.

Skills

• Strong analytical thinking for evaluating business processes and developing effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and conveying technical information.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills
