This high-impact role requires a seasoned program manager to ensure seamless transitions and coordination across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the comprehensive program schedule for facility build-out and team relocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination among design, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and address critical tasks, resource constraints, and dependencies proactively.
- Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders, ensuring updated documentation and clear communication.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable timelines and milestones.
- Support planning for lab layout, utilities, and equipment commissioning.
- Maintain program dashboards and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Skills
- Extensive experience in managing complex technical programs in lab or construction environments.
- Proven track record of overseeing large-scale facility build-outs or lab construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Ability to work independently and align stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication skills for managing senior-level stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of lab environments and utilities planning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with R&D lab construction or facility relocations.
- Knowledge of industrial codes and utilities infrastructure.
- PMP certification or equivalent program management training.
- Background in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
