Responsible for driving initiatives that strengthen the organization’s overall cyber posture. This role focuses on strategic planning, program development, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination, enabling leadership to make informed, risk-based decisions.
It’s ideal for the candidate to understand both technical cybersecurity concepts and the strategic business side of security program management, with strong skills in metrics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Supporting the development and ongoing refinement of the Cybersecurity Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Support enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT to track and manage cybersecurity program milestones.
  • Develop KPI’s, dashboards, and scorecards to measure program effectiveness and report progress to leadership.
  • Analyze data from security operations, risk management, and awareness activities to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and business, translating technical risks into business impacts.
