Responsibilities

• Drive capability intake and readiness, ensuring deliverables align with business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT and operational capabilities on time and within budget.
• Facilitate capability grooming and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Support business case development and impact assessments for strategic planning.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Oversee testing strategies and provide post-deployment support for product-specific metrics.

Skills

• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in claim management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with claim adjudication platforms and related technologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Aha! or Rally for project management.
• Demonstrated leadership in steering committee meetings and program management.
• Ability to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
