Responsibilities
- Drive capability intake and readiness, ensuring deliverables align with business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT and operational capabilities on time and within budget.
- Facilitate capability grooming and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Support business case development and impact assessments for strategic planning.
- Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Oversee testing strategies and provide post-deployment support for product-specific metrics.
Skills
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in claim management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with claim adjudication platforms and related technologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Aha! or Rally for project management.
- Demonstrated leadership in steering committee meetings and program management.
- Ability to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
