JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Recruiter, where you'll drive the recruitment of top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced, remote environment. We're seeking a passionate recruiter with a knack for sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to technical roles.
  • Source and engage with highly specialized candidates using a variety of platforms and tools.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system.

Skills

  • Proven track record in recruiting for roles such as Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and AI specialists.
  • Expertise in utilizing diverse sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Experience in managing a high-volume recruitment pipeline independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Experience working in a tech company environment.
  • Knowledge of Central Standard Time zone recruitment dynamics.
