We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a dynamic marketing measurement initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment while managing multiple interconnected workstreams to drive strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-stream marketing measurement initiative from planning through execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams and engage with various stakeholder groups, including executive governance bodies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and identifying potential risks and blockers.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure accountability across all workstreams.
• Adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.

Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in technology and marketing-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement frameworks.
• Ability to influence and build consensus without direct authority.
