Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of strategic projects within AI governance, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments.
- Develop project plans, define scopes, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and interdependencies, proactively addressing potential risks.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare executive-level reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Document project details and track performance to ensure alignment with goals.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of project management experience in regulated environments, with a focus on risk, compliance, or technology.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project and Confluence.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI governance, enterprise risk management, or regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of governance and risk principles specific to financial and insurance sectors.
