|Job ID 71301|Posted Aug 11, 2025We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This role will play a crucial part in supporting various marketing events and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate in-person and virtual marketing events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Oversee the premium program and manage mailings effectively.
- Administer the Continuing Education (CE) program and related activities.
- Assist with the setup and management of events using the Cvent platform.
- Collect and distribute weekly marketing communications to stakeholders.
- Provide additional project support as required to meet team goals.
Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in event planning and execution.
- Familiarity with Cvent event management software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management systems.
- Understanding of compliance regulations in a heavily regulated industry.
- Vendor management experience, particularly in maintaining promotional item programs.
