JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Workday Report Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in designing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for HR data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a range of reports and dashboards using Workday tools to support various HR modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and optimize the catalog of available reports, ensuring efficient and user-friendly access.
  • Conduct thorough testing of reports to guarantee data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to users on utilizing Workday reporting tools effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Workday Reporting tools and HR data management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday data structures and modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations.
  • Workday Reporting certification is a plus.
