Skills

• Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to coordinate resources efficiently and manage project quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage and resolve impediments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration to promote alignment on project goals.
