Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to promote collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
- Generate and maintain project forecasts, monitoring actualization and analyzing resource needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to coordinate resources efficiently and manage project quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage and resolve impediments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration to promote alignment on project goals.
