JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will leverage your analytical skills to contribute to impactful projects in a fully remote environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with large datasets and make significant contributions to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various system development life cycle functions including project planning, requirements analysis, and implementation.
  • Utilize statistical reporting tools such as SAS to develop and maintain production reports from large volume databases.
  • Extract, cleanse, and prepare data for loading into a data warehouse from various sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transition program changes into production effectively.
  • Communicate findings and insights through presentations and documentation to a diverse audience.

Skills

  • Five or more years of experience as an analyst-programmer with a focus on system development life cycle functions.
  • Proficiency in statistical reporting tools, particularly SAS, for handling large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data extraction and cleansing processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with healthcare data and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Social Security Administration policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and VISIO for documentation and reporting.
