JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr Scrum Master and lead innovative projects to success. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, driving agile practices to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective team meetings including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
  • Guide the team in implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies to exceed customer expectations
  • Identify and resolve obstacles by coordinating with the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes for all projects and adhere to corporate standards
  • Provide strategic input to optimize organizational efficiency across divisions

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a formal Scrum Master role
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in larger matrixed organizations
  • Proven experience in full project lifecycle management

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in resource planning and strategic goal development
  • Familiarity with matrix team management
