JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. SAP Functional Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing business functionality and performance through the implementation and support of SAP modules. Responsibilities

  • Develop functional requirements and conduct business process analyses to align IT solutions with business objectives.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance client business functionality.
  • Design, configure, and test various SAP modules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead and manage SAP implementations, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on SAP products to clients.
  • Act as a liaison for troubleshooting and solving software problems.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience as an SAP Payroll Functional Expert.
  • Expertise in configuring schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
  • Proficient in ABAP debugging and development.
  • Strong skills in statutory payroll compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead payroll projects from start to finish.

Preferred Skills

  • Techno-functional skills in SAP Payroll for complex enterprises.
  • Experience with SAP HCM Payroll schemas and country-specific regulations.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
