JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a meticulous and organized IT Vendor SW/HW Contract Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and interpreting software and hardware contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating efficient procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret IT software and hardware contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Convert contract details into actionable data for asset management tools.
  • Manage the procurement process for IT hardware and software using SAP SRM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve procurement issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on contract and procurement activities.
  • Organize and prioritize purchase request queues to ensure timely processing.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in contract analysis and IT procurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP SRM.
  • Strong understanding of various software licensing models.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a corporate IT setting.
  • Familiarity with IT asset and vendor management practices.
  • Power BI skills are a plus.
