JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Process Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming communications within a leading enterprise. This remote opportunity will allow you to leverage your analytical skills to drive impactful changes in healthcare communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program kickoff meetings and solution sessions to identify project impacts.
  • Facilitate meetings to analyze and document current business processes.
  • Draft clear and concise business requirements as user stories and features.
  • Develop and validate business use cases and scenarios for UAT.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Support agile software development phases including initiation, design, and testing.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for new ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively present and facilitate meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on results and time management.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with large-scale technology projects and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
