JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and orchestrate major events and programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage impactful projects in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, ensuring all aspects are seamlessly coordinated.
  • Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to update senior management on project status and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program and event management, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting related to event management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to influence across different organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS services, especially in the AI/ML domain, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
