JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team and play a key role in understanding customer behavior to drive business strategy. As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you'll leverage large datasets to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze program features and marketing content to evaluate customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct statistical testing for various experiments to optimize business strategies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports for program health assessments.
  • Respond to requests for in-depth analysis of customer behavior and trends.
  • Utilize data mining and modeling techniques to identify significant customer base trends.
  • Participate in both strategic and tactical planning discussions to drive business success.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with complex, large-scale datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Solid communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAS for advanced data analysis.
  • Graduate degree in relevant fields such as math, statistics, computer science, or marketing.
