Responsibilities
- Analyze program features and marketing content to evaluate customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct statistical testing for various experiments to optimize business strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports for program health assessments.
- Respond to requests for in-depth analysis of customer behavior and trends.
- Utilize data mining and modeling techniques to identify significant customer base trends.
- Participate in both strategic and tactical planning discussions to drive business success.
Skills
- Extensive experience with complex, large-scale datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Solid communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAS for advanced data analysis.
- Graduate degree in relevant fields such as math, statistics, computer science, or marketing.
