We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in analyzing data, building dashboards, and managing user stories/documentation for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes through effective solutions.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, while organizing and consolidating team documentation.
• Track and document project strategies and requirements gathering sessions to drive projects forward.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for complex projects.
• Actively contribute to the product roadmap and define project vision for large initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments.
• Strong experience in data analysis, data integrity, and dashboard creation.
• Proficient in SQL, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in completing tasks effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in eCommerce, marketing, or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to platforms such as Adobe, Drupal, Magento, or Shopify.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
