JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager , where you'll lead projects with creativity and precision. This role offers the chance to drive impactful change and oversee project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure the successful completion of projects and programs.
  • Set project deadlines and assign tasks to team members.
  • Monitor project progress and summarize it for upper management.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the status of projects and programs.
  • Lead and direct the work of others with a high degree of creativity and latitude.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management or a related area.
  • Strong familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Proven ability to plan and accomplish goals through extensive experience and judgment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
