Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the successful completion of projects and programs.
- Set project deadlines and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor project progress and summarize it for upper management.
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of projects and programs.
- Lead and direct the work of others with a high degree of creativity and latitude.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management or a related area.
- Strong familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
- Proven ability to plan and accomplish goals through extensive experience and judgment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
