JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Technical Program Manager and lead complex technical projects from start to finish. This remote role offers the opportunity to work in Pacific Time zone hours, driving continuous improvement and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA and Smartsheet for efficient project planning and execution.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration for continuous integration and delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong track record in delivering large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans and managing resources effectively.
  • Expertise in risk management and project quality standards.
  • Strong advocacy for agile principles and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in vendor management and selection.
  • Ability to facilitate quarterly planning processes and strategic task planning.
  • Expertise in promoting agile methodologies and resolving project impediments.
