|Job ID 71265|Posted Aug 7, 2025Join our dynamic team as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where you'll lead the development and management of core ITSM capabilities in ServiceNow. Drive innovation and excellence by collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Incident, Request, and Change Management within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations, Engineering, and Service Desk teams to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive standardization, automation, and user experience improvements across ITSM capabilities.
- Oversee project delivery, including requirements gathering, planning, and execution.
- Champion a unified strategy for clear visibility and traceability across ITSM functions.
- Establish high-quality processes that provide measurable value organization-wide.
- Define and evolve key metrics and reporting frameworks to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure seamless integration with first- and third-party systems for process alignment.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow modules, offering guidance and support.
- Drive ongoing process improvements with a focus on automation and emerging technologies.
Skills
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow's Incident, Request, and Change modules.
- Strong foundation in ITIL and enterprise-scale service operations.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to define and track key performance metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with support domains such as Networking and AV.
- Interest in GenAI and emerging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience in global process design and scaling.
