JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Developer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our platform's modules and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and test software applications following the company's development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate user acceptance criteria.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure agile workflow.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Analyze and resolve technical inconsistencies and propose effective solutions.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
  • Experience working within a sprint/agile environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Jira for project management.
  • Background transitioning from a business analyst role to a developer role, offering a unique business perspective.
