JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical projects. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and deliver large-scale projects while promoting agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet to streamline project management processes and enhance productivity.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies.
  • Generate and maintain project forecasts, monitoring actualization and analyzing resource needs.
  • Advocate for agile principles and promote agile methodologies within the team.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong track record in managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Expertise in risk management and resource coordination.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in vendor management and selection.
  • Ability to facilitate quarterly planning processes and coordinate strategic task planning.
  • Demonstrated capability in generating project forecasts and resource analysis.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and promoting continuous integration and delivery.
