|Job ID 71254|Posted Aug 6, 2025Join a dynamic team as a Real Estate IT Project Manager, where you will lead global office buildouts and renovations. This remote role requires travel and offers the chance to manage diverse projects across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage office construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate RFPs and source vendors, ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Maintain and track detailed budgets and schedules across construction, AV, and IT workstreams.
- Collaborate with IT and AV teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Manage equipment orders, POs, and logistics for fit-outs.
- Conduct site visits, especially during pre-construction and fit-up phases.
- Ensure quality control and resolve punch-list items before occupancy.
- Communicate project updates and proactively flag issues to stakeholders.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction project management, particularly in corporate or architectural settings.
- Strong understanding of commercial office buildouts and infrastructure coordination.
- Proven ability to manage projects across international time zones and remote platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with a valid passport.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with wireless environments and AV setups like NEAT systems.
- PMP certification is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Design sensibility and experience reviewing architectural submittals.
- Experience working with global companies undergoing rapid growth or transformation.
