JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an ITSM Engineer, where you'll configure and automate ITSM tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to design innovative ITSM solutions and work collaboratively to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ITSM solutions to meet organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize workflows.
  • Automate processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Integrate ITSM platforms with other enterprise systems.
  • Guide and mentor IT staff and end-users on ITSM tools and processes.
  • Analyze KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotation as needed.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ITSM.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools and processes, such as Team Dynamix, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in workflow automation for process improvement.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ITSM solution migrations.
  • Background in AI and Automation for process streamlining.
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions.
