Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Define project scope and involve relevant stakeholders in the planning process.
- Develop project schedules and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress and report on overall project health, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage stakeholder communications and document key actions, such as meeting notes and status reports.
- Identify and communicate project risks, ensuring proactive management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.
Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in project management within a matrixed business environment, particularly in ecommerce or digital retail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project and process management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing diverse tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
