We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of both remote and onsite work, making it an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Define project scope and involve relevant stakeholders in the planning process.
• Develop project schedules and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress and report on overall project health, escalating issues as necessary.
• Manage stakeholder communications and document key actions, such as meeting notes and status reports.
• Identify and communicate project risks, ensuring proactive management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in project management within a matrixed business environment, particularly in ecommerce or digital retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project and process management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing diverse tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
