We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Technician to provide exceptional technical support to our employees and sales agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote support with on-site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and remote technical support to users across the nation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers.
• Set up and configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network and telecommunication systems.
• Utilize ticketing systems for tracking and resolving technical issues.
• Re-image computers and perform data migrations and restorations as required.

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware components and configurations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting software and connectivity issues.
• Experience with remote problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certifications or degrees in IT or related fields.
• Prior experience in a similar technical support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
