JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Junior HRIS Analyst to enhance our recruiting and onboarding platforms while collaborating in a dynamic, remote environment. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to build hands-on experience with enterprise-level HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for recruiting and onboarding modules, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and configuration to optimize technology and processes.
  • Maintain documentation and user guides for Talent Acquisition systems to support team members.
  • Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to enhance system usage and implement best practices.

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Familiarity with Eightfold Talent Intelligence is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to help the team succeed.
