Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for recruiting and onboarding modules, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Assist with system updates, testing, and configuration to optimize technology and processes.
- Maintain documentation and user guides for Talent Acquisition systems to support team members.
- Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to enhance system usage and implement best practices.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in HRIS, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Familiarity with Eightfold Talent Intelligence is a plus.
- Proactive approach to help the team succeed.
