- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for senior leaders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing necessary materials and follow-up actions.
- Draft and refine correspondence and presentation documents with precision and flair.
- Enhance team engagement by recognizing key milestones and organizing team events.
- Contribute to broader administrative tasks, assisting with company events and offsites.
- Maintain accurate records and propose process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Skills
- 5+ years proven experience as an executive assistant, with a strong background in retail or merchandising.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur, with a knack for learning new technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Experience in eCommerce, merchandising, retail, or digital sectors is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
