Responsibilities
- Lead the development of current and future state process maps and document necessary changes.
- Identify and recommend structures and standards to enhance project development and support business operations.
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather key business requirements for project initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver business requirements and test plans for IT and retail operations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to project partners and peers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient communication skills for presenting concepts to senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certification is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail technology projects.
- Familiarity with change management practices.
- Ability to create engaging presentations and visual aids.
