JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting large-scale projects and driving process improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Salesforce expertise to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of current and future state process maps and document necessary changes.
  • Identify and recommend structures and standards to enhance project development and support business operations.
  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather key business requirements for project initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements and test plans for IT and retail operations.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to project partners and peers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficient communication skills for presenting concepts to senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in retail technology projects.
  • Familiarity with change management practices.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations and visual aids.
