JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team as a Technical Scrum Master, where you'll lead Agile development teams to deliver top-tier software solutions. This role blends technical proficiency with leadership, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as sprint progress and velocity.
  • Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Focus on achieving business outcomes.
