|Job ID 71221|Posted Aug 4, 2025We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Project Manager to lead key enterprise initiatives and transformation projects. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of Medicare programs and regulations, with the potential for conversion to a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects to ensure progress and achieve desired outcomes.
- Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to coordinate and integrate with product teams.
- Drive the development and documentation of design, requirements, and implementation across divisions.
- Develop relationships with internal and external resources to collaborate on implementation plans.
- Manage program work to recommend strategies and solutions across complex initiatives.
- Utilize data to prioritize initiatives and develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate updates and milestones to leadership for transparency and alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring quality and timeliness criteria are met.
- Facilitate workgroup meetings, maintain action logs, and ensure timely follow-through.
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including work, education, and transferable skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining business and technical details to all audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills and a self-motivated, independent work ethic.
- Proven ability to handle various assignments in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, or MS Project.
- Previous experience with CMS Start and emphasis on MN Medicare.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and certifications in project or product management, or agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings program structure and operational interventions.
- Ability to support workgroups with contextual insights and connect efforts to broader strategy.
