Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional meetings to gather and define comprehensive business requirements.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Provide consistent communication through daily updates on activities, progress, and issue escalation.
- Assist in developing an interface between internal claims systems and external vendors.
- Document claims transmission and establish vendor hierarchy for claims validation.
- Define reporting requirements and manage the appeals process efficiently.
Skills
- Strong technical and analytical expertise with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed with high accountability and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in documenting detailed business requirements.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and principles.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience in healthcare-related projects.
- Experience working with claims vendors and systems.
