JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our dynamic team, where creativity meets functionality. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative designs that align with business strategies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling designs that reflect the brand's vision and meet market demands.
  • Develop product concepts focusing on style, functionality, and material execution.
  • Deliver high-quality design sketches and prototypes, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Present designs confidently to internal teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Foster effective relationships with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Mentor and inspire junior design talent, promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of design experience in a retail or fashion environment.
  • Exceptional talent in commercial fashion design and product styling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a customer service mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with accessories design and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and market needs.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
