Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabric and color development process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the design team and garment vendors to execute artwork from graphic concepts to samples.
• Support Textile Technologists in various tasks related to garment and component quality assurance.
• Engage in communication with team members to streamline project workflows.
• Participate in the review and improvement of production processes.

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in textile technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software, particularly Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in screen printing and graphic artwork production.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Background in fashion or retail industries.
• Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
