|Job ID 71208|Posted Aug 2, 2025Join our team as a Sr. Manager, Product Management, Point of Sale and lead the strategy and implementation of a cutting-edge POS system. This is a unique opportunity to work with global teams and drive innovation in the retail space.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Point of Sale strategy across multiple regions, starting with Japan and expanding to North America.
- Collaborate with engineering, store operations, and analytics teams to create seamless omni-channel experiences.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal tech teams, implementation partners, and software vendors.
- Drive integration and data transformation efforts to ensure smooth operations between systems.
- Conduct store visits to observe workflows, test solutions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in retail and POS implementations.
- Strong understanding of data frameworks and ability to address data-related challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex relationships.
- Technical acumen to collaborate with software engineering teams and represent technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JumpMind Commerce or similar POS software solutions.
- Background in designing and implementing point of sale platforms and APIs.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in retail.
