JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Privacy Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring privacy compliance in a fast-paced environment. This remote opportunity allows you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative privacy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and document data flows and technical safeguards.
  • Conduct thorough privacy and machine learning reviews to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage compliance documentation and ensure timely completion through formal review cycles.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver essential privacy documentation.
  • Identify and address compliance and operational risks during assessments.
  • Coordinate with incident response teams to manage privacy-related issues effectively.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance within a tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of global data protection laws and their application in enterprise settings.
  • Proven ability to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and support privacy-by-design initiatives.
  • Excellent program management skills with experience in leading projects from planning to execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex privacy concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with privacy management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT.
