We’re seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our IT helpdesk team on the third shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quieter environment, is comfortable working independently, and can troubleshoot technical issues with professionalism and clarity. Strong communication skills and a calm, problem-solving mindset are essential, as you'll be supporting users during off-hours while management is out of the office.
Education Required: HS Diploma
Years’ Experience Required: 2 years
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm to 7 AM
