We are seeking a talented Varicent ICM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform, working closely with various stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, overseeing system design and deployment.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and develop functional models.
• Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using Varicent tools.
• Configure compensation plans, quotas, and incentive structures within the platform.
• Build and maintain integrations with various enterprise systems for data management.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into compensation analytics.
• Provide training and support to users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
• Participate in system upgrades and ongoing enhancements to improve platform performance.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Varicent development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incentive compensation design or sales operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of integrating Varicent with systems like Salesforce or Oracle.
• Varicent certification(s) are a plus.
