This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform, working closely with various stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, overseeing system design and deployment.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and develop functional models.
- Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using Varicent tools.
- Configure compensation plans, quotas, and incentive structures within the platform.
- Build and maintain integrations with various enterprise systems for data management.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into compensation analytics.
- Provide training and support to users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
- Participate in system upgrades and ongoing enhancements to improve platform performance.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Varicent development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with incentive compensation design or sales operations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of integrating Varicent with systems like Salesforce or Oracle.
- Varicent certification(s) are a plus.
