Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for web and mobile projects, from discovery to delivery, ensuring cohesive user experiences.
- Conduct journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and create high-fidelity designs to enhance customer interactions.
- Utilize user data and analytics to inform design decisions and advocate for user needs.
- Facilitate usability testing and research to identify pain points and propose actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, in an Agile environment.
- Maintain high standards for visual and interaction design, adhering to brand guidelines and existing design systems.
Skills
- 7–9 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and Miro.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially when presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to sustainable design processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in eCommerce or transactional product design, particularly in checkout and order tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in rapid, iterative delivery cycles.
- Ability to self-manage in a remote or hybrid work setup, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
