Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery, strategy, and planning for onsite advertising innovations and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that align with business goals.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track product health, advertiser engagement, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
- Drive the development of high-value features that contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of the advertising team.
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, digital media, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Retail Media Networks (RMNs) and digital advertising workflows.
- Experience with cloud data tools, such as Google Cloud Platform and Big Query.
- Knowledge of media measurement and analytics.
