Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project planning, execution, testing, and support phases to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with multiple project teams and third-party implementors to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address and resolve project issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as necessary to ensure efficient delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management regularly.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
- Manage project budget and schedule commitments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide leadership and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Skills
- 8+ years of IT project management experience in large organizations.
- Experience in application-side projects, not infrastructure projects.
- Completion of a 4-year degree is mandatory.
- Strong ability to manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change management and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and situational leadership.
